I have an Amazon Dot. It's the little brother of the Echo. I love it. It isn't for controlling household devices. Just a standalone Jeeves. My favorite part is I can tell it to play any type of music, radio stations around the world, podcasts, news, e.g. The sound is pretty good too. Of course you can ask it questions just like Alexa on the phone.
