Ramin Honary (nprofile…ddfm) I mean, forgive me for stating the obvious, but is LibreOffice just totally unsuitable here? The formulas in LibreOffice are pretty similar, and if you're into macros there's LibreOffice BASIC (which also has some VBA support, though it's not complete).
If you really need real, actual MS Office, WinWorldPC has both Windows 2000 and Office 97 installation media. That is *extremely* old though, and both are still under copyright so you'll want to make sure your use falls under fair use law or your country's equivalent thereof (assuming your country has an equivalent thereof).
