I don't go on about it much unless it's right in my face and it's a place that claims to be 'fragrance free'. Except for now!

My experiences in Thailand and Mexico was that people are used to spraying toxins on everything to the point of gagging. All I could do was avoid it as best as possible. Travelling during convid was even worse. I couldn't imagine why people thought that 'air fresheners' would 'kill germs'. I almost had to cancel a dental appt when I got there because they had these things plugged into every socket and were actively spraying some things. Windows were of course closed. A/C to the point of freezing.

Finally they agreed to unplug TWO of the ones that were in the room with the dental chair and it only took a few minutes but my anxiety skyrocketed.

Other people can go around wearing this toxic crap if they want to but I don't get why it has to be imposed on others they don't even know., just to 'smell pretty'?

Makes it hard to want to hug a person who wants a hug from me which is pretty rare these days.

And what can I do - I already hardly go anywhere.
