Supposed to deadlift today but left hamstring got super-bitchy on my first warm-up set so we'll be skipping deadlifts today. Guess I tweaked something during Wednesday's squats and didn't notice. Instead got in a couple mile recovery walk
So/so week - got my lifts except for deadlifts and got in a ruck. Need to be doing more other-than-lifting stuff. Let's see if we can get in a decent run Sunday
