This is Kos Araran, a conversion of Fafnir Rann into a Carcharadon character for #Warhammer40k. I don't play Space Marines, but if I did, it'd either be Salamanders or Space Sharks.
He was painted using mostly contrasts. The only weird thing I did with this miniature was deliberately under paint him so that the head and edges of the axes were bright white and everything else was muted grey.
His bird friend is Brias.
