It’s just sad because I really do sympathize with the actual Ukrainians who say “my home was invaded, and I must protect it.”
While it’s cynical to make the anti-NATO arguments, they’re just true, and they get validated every day this goes on. A lot of veterans are going to have a lot of time to think about that when this is over.
