I no-amnesty blocked so many people during the 2021 crypto bubble and the innermost reason is that that bubble was a massive and deliberate upward wealth transfer. Every dollar in their pockets came from someone poorer, and they either accepted that as a good deal or deluded themselves with various justifications. Sorry, I don't want to share a society with people who operate like that!
