Wtf so I've talked about before how I go through this cycle where I take my pine phone out of the drawer and try out a couple current OS builds and then I get frustrated and start to hate it again and then I put it back in the drawer for a few months.

Well I just got back to the part of the cycle where I actually tried again and holy cow this newest arch build is running really well. I'm getting good battery life. I unplugged it from charger it was on standby all night with the modem powered on and then I took it with me today and it still has some charge left!

I received a phone call from some random stranger while the phone was on standby, and it's waking up right away when you press the button and it's not all jittery, the lock screen is responsive as soon as the unlock it whenever app you are running is up and ready to go. Damn thing actually feels like a normal phone finally #yearofthelinuxphone
