Remembered the recipe for a delicious dessert I came up with a couple years ago!

Super easy, filling and it's kinda like a peanut buttery banana bread🤤

- 4 small bananas (or 3 medium or 2 large ones; mashed)
- 3-4 tbsp of milk (yogurt works too)
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of sugar (use less if bananas are overripe)
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter (I used crunchy)
- 2 cups of oatmeal

Mix everything in a large bowl, bake at 350F (180C) until set and golden brown on top.
