I worry about people I know who keep sending me glossy articles about food supplements and who keep insisting I'm dangerously dehydrated (no matter how much water I drink).
On the other hand, every time I've consulted a doctor over a minor recurring problem, they tell me they have no idea what it could be and maybe it will just go away.
