Musk has a clue, note his emphasizing transformers which are increasingly in shortage:

Needless to say don't hold him to exact dates, but as an EV car maker he's acutely aware of the limits of our grid now and in the foreseeable future.
Oh, and from memory "Biden" is promulgating new regulations to require a new metal for transformers to squeeze a very few percentage points in efficiency. If that goes through, production will be very cramped until it can be made in large enough quantities. I think it also requires new designs, but people can get working on that before high volume production begins.
Overall, you can't keep removing capacity from the grid and increasing demands on it, else you'll end up with regular rolling blackouts like we see in India.
