In today's "how's it going with AI and academic publishing", in preparing a referee report today, for the first time, I had to check a box in the manuscript portal in which "I confirm that I did not use any generative AI or AI-assisted technological methods to prepare this reviewer report, and I agree that I will be held fully responsible for the content of the submitted reviewer report."
