I've now worked at Atlassian for a decade. I started as a grad, when the Sydney office mostly fit on two floors. Lots of changes in those years, but the last 18 months have been continuous and disruptive. Founders say they want Atlassian "to be where you do your career's best work" and that did happen a few years ago. I'm working to make that situation reoccur.
