I'd like to suggest to conference/event organizers that using highly-orchestrated outsourced event organizing services is an accessibility issue. That is, taking the presentation out of the direct control of the presenter is something that should be mentioned up front when inviting someone to speak. It is an important part of accessibility criteria. #DisabledInSTEM
