The .webp file you uploaded is not a very common image format, and although the uploader supports it, the Damus client doesn’t support it. Common image types are; .gif, .jpeg, .png for example. No biggie, just looks better if displayed in the note. Just use the new link I gave you, same #1, and a perfect genesis image :)
