With all the rain we got in August, and probably because of the climate crisis making summer heat drag on so much longer than it ever used to, we have easily the most mosquitoes I've ever seen in September. Just clouds of them, at a time when their numbers are usually quite low. It's like a second May for mosquitoes. Not a fan!
