1 cup Ketchup
2 cups water
2 tsp. Corn starch
1 tsp. Cracked red pepper
1 dozen taquitos or Corn burritos
Dump all ingredients except for the last in a saucepan and simmer it until it's a thick gravy, about 5 minutes. Keep warm while you make or heat your Corn burritos or taquitos (Corn burritos are taquitos with a refried bean filling instead of meat). Pour the sauce over the taquitos liberally, add cheese over the top, and serve the remaining sauce on the side for dipping. Any leftover sauce will last about a week in the refrigerator, or you can freeze it. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been made on this sauce by local fast food places in my area. Bon Appétit.
