Something I did not expect to see this morning: Kryptops (Top Hen) chasing Troodon (Subordinate Hen) around the garden, trying to snaffle her mouse, while Troodon tried to a) evade Kryptops, and b) eat the mouse.
Whether this is an honestly come by mouse, or the ill-gotten gains of intimidating the cat, I am not in a position to say.
