You could probably eyeball two equal-ish piles of powder, then scrape each into half a capsule and cap it with cheese or something else kitty likes.
But liquid, I don't know. Dissolve it all in a bit of water, mix well, then measure out half the water & somehow flavour it enough to make sure the cat drinks it all? (This method could work with powder, too, if it dissolved well enough.)
