Anything you find unpleasant or disgusting is going to be a kink for someone else, not in spite of it being unpleasant or disgusting, but *because* it is unpleasant or disgusting.

Whether or not something is “healthy” depends entirely on the effect it has on someone and whether it interferes with their life. Using “healthy” just to mean “ick ew” is just thinly veiled prejudice. A common excuse to decry something people don’t like. I’d definitely suggest unlearning that, or at least acknowledging its brain worms. People use it against pedophilia constantly.
