You start a project in 2012 and put it on Github (at some point in the projects history, I don't know when exactly). You keep working on the project off and on, and at some point someone forks your project. You then close down your project on Github and keep working on the project privately off and on for years.
The person who forked the project decides to start working on things and releases a WIP preview build for people to play with. The version you've been working on is much further along than the forker's version. The forker did not reach out to you about taking on things, but they did credit you.
Did the forker do anything wrong? Are you pissed off at them for any reason?
