Kodi question: is there a way to "cast" a YouTube video I'm watching on my laptop?

As in: I want to watch the YouTube video on the Kodi screen but not have to sign in to YouTube via Kodi?

In my mind the "casting" paradigm is better because then I can comment using the laptop.
