I agree re moving RxD & CTS down, though if those are logic level, it's not super important, as there shouldn't be very much current there, and another GND is reasonably close. If actual TIA-232, slightly more concern, but still not a huge deal.
Also matters more if there's a cable, vs direct board to board.
