Reconnected with an old friend briefly today. One of the downsides of eschewing social media is that you aren't in the loop.
Am now processing the deaths of two friends from my old crowd circa 2000-2008 that I had lost contact with.
It's a weird feeling when this happens, it's almost like the universe contracts a tiny bit. They weren't close friends (obv), but still.
I know there's a lot of negativity floating around right now, and I don't intend for this to be as such. Just thinking out loud as I reminisce over a drink.
