Some were, of course, novels that preceded the film but with a new "now a major motion picture" on the cover. Others, I suppose were novelisations... Marathon Man, Jaws, Godfather, Last Exit to Brooklyn, Brothers (I think that was a Marathon Man sequel).. Dunno, read loads. Used to find reading a lot easier then. 20 or so pages a sitting seems my limit these days.
