And HE trusts the instincts of Chris Matthews (sigh).
Matthews is predicting that by October, Biden will be portrayed as the "little guy" and "come back kid" in the prez race - and people will emotively vote for him.
I hope Trump is paying attention to this, I think Kirk & Matthews are on to something.
Personally, I suspected Michelle would be called into replace Biden. We'll see.
