This morning, I've seen a queue in front of the police station. The policeman in front was testing them with alcometer (presumably on their own request). When I was passing, another car stopped at the parking lot. I don't know if the driver had the same request but…
I've started wondering. Let's say that a person drives by while the policeman's looking. Let's say that said person turns out to be positive on the alcometer. Would they be prosecuted from driving under alcohol?
