Amazon has passkey support now, but it’s kinda dumb. Like Github and other sites, they're still also using password login. If you have 2FA enabled for password login on Amazon, you also have to use 2FA with passkeys.
Supporting passkeys without letting you disable password login defeats the purpose of passkeys. Requiring 2FA for both passkey and password login adds inconvenience.
