Had a bit of vertigo hit when I laid down for bed last night. Got the spinning to stop right away, but was still a little unsteady.

Checked blood pressure, was a little high. Decided I would make sure I got some electrolytes today.

Woke up, and no spins, but still a little unsteady. Took a potassium pill. Too bad, was hoping to get more shit done today, and this will likely slow me down.

Not sure this #coffeechain will help anything, but enjoying it all the same. Gm.
