This is a middle class fantasy. Psychopaths not only have no ethics, they are actively enthralled by destroying life, which they cannot understand. So naturally, "research" medicine is their favorite place (not helping the sick). You will notice that getting doctors TO STOP killing people, takes decades because the researchers trying to save lives are not welcome in the haven of psychopaths. You what else they love?
