Guessed hypothesis: enough NATO members might have finally been convinced that #Ukraine will not give up and will not stop fighting until the entire country is liberated? #UkraineWillWin eventually, and that means NATO must be ready to deter #Russia from using nukes after losing the war in Ukraine. The only way to do that is to demonstrate overwhelming preparedness.
