It would be really cool if people could automatically reroute zaps to an address of their choice (or multiple addresses).
For example, say I want to automatically send 10% of my zaps to the Amethyst team, OpenSats, etc. Sure, I could do this manually, but it would be tedious vs setting it up once.
In fact, I could zap myself once and have all my donations automatically split and sent out in one go. This would be a weird UX at first, but it could easily be split out into its own feature that makes more sense to users.
This is something I would do right now if able.
