That's like my neighbourhood. It used to be an affordable place for restaurants and groceries. Then the Martha Stewart fans moved in and it's got more and more expensive since.
Locals like me can barely afford to eat around here but the east side has got that old-timey Italian/hippie/LGB+ flair that westsiders like to 'slum' in.
