He promised a public option, higher min wages, etc, and has not delivered. But, to be fair, the problem isn't Biden only. There is no interest in any major party candidate to actually address the system or to make it more cost effective. Obama made insurance mandatory, but didn't address the root problems, and that is the best that has been done since Nixon made dialysis a individual right.",
