I've returned to yoga after breaking my elbow about 2 months ago. Just doing standing asanas & flows for now without putting weight on the injured arm.
On the one hand, it feels really good to get back to it! My body is definitely grateful š
On the other, it's a bit disheartening how much weaker and less flexible I've become. I used to exercise 4-5 times a week before the injury (yoga, jiu-jitsu, cardio). Of course, it's natural, and I'll get back in shape, but starting over sucks a bit š
