I mean if you used a free vpn I would have to call the free vpn service and be like "oh who was using this ip at this time" and if they kept logs and for whatever reason wanted to give me them they would give me a list of hundreds of people. They wouldn't do this for me anyway, but if they did I would have a list of ips that likely exceeds the amount of users on imouto. Free VPNs basically do their function in this narrow aspect.
