I think you will find more details like that in each of the respective repos, including flowcharts, etc. Pubky Core has multiple parts and repos, including pkarr, pubky-core homeserver, and some SDKs we are working on.
We don't really have "PIPs" or such at this stage, but if it becomes appropriate maybe we will.
In the end, if you are interested in verifying or utilizing our claims, we are here to help you, and this is just our first snapshot of progress.
