If the Thailand policy makers did not give highly support real estate developers by the changed ratio of foreign owner in condominium's policy and the nominee's holders.

Then, the housing price in Thailand will not rocket like this and Thai citizens will be able to hold their dream real estate easier.

The main reason of the rejected loan's rate problem is not the result of the increasing policy rate by BOT, however, the housing price has rocketed to the moon from the policy that I have described above.

It will not make painful to Us even interest rate is more increasing if Our dream real estate price is not high than the reality of Our purchasing power like this situation.

Thailand economy structure does not support Thai citizens to get their dream real estate price more than 1.5M฿ per unit because most of Thai citizens have not gotten enough wages from the inefficiency economy structure.

Thus, if the economy structure is not changed anymore, then Thai citizens will not have more chances to get their dream real estate and Thailand GDP will freeze forever.
