There is a special power being unlocked by my fellow elder millennials who are in/around the 40yo threshold during this post-pandemic cultural and existential examination. So many people I know who share these traits are discovering new truths about themselves, pushing back against expectations, and redefining their relationships to each other, their work, and their goals. It is empowering, enlightening, and encouraging. I don’t know what comes next but I’m dying to see how this turns out.
