I was at a public event recently where a young woman in attendance wore these. She got lots of attention, which was the point.
There was a brief phase in my life in San Francisco where I wore batshit "sexy" clothes in public. Just had to try it. Find it repulsive now but life is long and I have contained multitudes I guess.
