One of my students is not allowing his wrists to hinge in the backswing or in transition. This makes it impossible to create maximum speed in the downswing. Problem is, his body motion was so bad, I haven’t had time to addres the wrist hinge situation!🤣. Maybe next lesson👍🏼
Allow your wrists to hinge in the 1st part of the swing so they can unhinge in the downswing and you can “crack the whip” and create a lot of speed.
