I beg to disagree with "those who intentionally do harm should be cast out. Thats what we do to maintain society." --> History shows over and over that those who are in (or take) power do quite a lot of harm.
People are cheering on charismatic leaders who then go on to violently oppress large group of smaller sections of society, all in the name of "the greater good".
If "society" really "cast them out", we might finally get our freedom...
