These types of issues were virtually nonexistent (or at least *way* less common) before dark mode came to be a thing.
Shit software will be shit, for sure, but this IMO stems from the need to take things that are extremely hard to translate from one space to the other: contrast of text to background, text over images, background next to other background, etc. and even richest company in the world does utterly poor job.
I guess, I'd wish for each and every of the mentioned a11y related issues there to be a real solution, rather than this.
