But I do think that having a tidy life is better for our overall health which then provides us with more energy rather than dragging us down. Same can be said for being around tidy neighbourhoods. It's uplifting. But it's not always something easy to do, especially when you are feeling depressed. I'm also not sure which comes first. Especially when you look at deprivation. Often neighbourhoods are left to deteriorate while those in poverty live there. Seeing the same thing happen to high streets now.
