I saw someone saying “Trump wasn’t an anti-vaxxer back then and took credit for the vaccine” when this was an effort to undermine China and *their* mitigation efforts. It just happened to be anti-vax as well.

Also, like, he and people in his government were literally stealing PPE and masks to sell them off for an extra buck.
