Anyway if they indict him for this one payoff (made before he was President) to Stormy Daniels, I doubt he'd be convicted. There are too many blurs and issues with it and it seems small compared to some of his other crimes. Now, trying to interfere illegally with the election, as he did in Georgia--if they can prove that clearly, that's a much bigger thing. Also tax fraud is a major crime. He could well be --and should be--indicted for both of those.
