Finding information on which veg is high in oxalic acid is rather difficult. Proven numbers are hard to get by - especially when you grow lots of varieties not to be found in the regular supermarket.
So when in doubt, I counter the acid by combining the veg with dairy or other calcium rich ingredients. That neutralises the acid in the stomach/gut.
