And I would love to switch to them wholesale, but the fact that the only plan I can sign up for involves getting 1 credit per month. That's just not nearly enough. I "read" 2-4 books a month with Audlble. I'd be happy to pay more than I do for the 2 credit a month Audible plan, because you've made a compelling case for why their pricing model is predatory and hurts authors, but paying full list price for two additional titles is also unfair in the other direction.
I know you aren't them and may not even have any control over this, I'm just expressing my frustration around the fact that for now I need to keep my Audible membership rather than switching.
