This may seem super rudimentary but for me it’s a big deal -

I went to the grocery store 2x this week & made meals at home 4 of the 5 work days. I’ve not been inside a grocery store to buy food for myself in 15 years.

Literally.

I’m healthiest when I make my own food and doing so also gives me back some time to myself too. Feels positive.
