Toyotaro, who is the current Dragon Ball artist, still puts out a manga every month, though it's not very popular right now because he spent a year on a movie recap. I still haven't seen any of the newest arc and I don't know many people who have. He's just upset because he idolized Toriyama and now he's dead.
